Step into a day dedicated entirely to socks - with a baseball theme! Whether you’re a seasoned sock cranker, a hand-knitting enthusiast, or just curious about the magic of sock-making, Solely Socks is for you!

What to Expect

Immerse yourself in a sock-centric atmosphere where you can:

• Set up your Circular Sock Machine (CSM) or cozy up with your knitting supplies.
• Get expert guidance and troubleshooting tips from Mary and Marjorie of M & M Sew Charming, experienced CSM cranking pros and passionate sock knitters.

Concessions

Step up to the Stitcher’s Concession Stand!
Treat yourself to a mouthwatering lineup of self-striping yarns or regular colorways, paired perfectly with fiber-friendly sides and surprise goodies. When you pre-order your "combo" during registration, you’ll score a special discount and first pick at the stand!

Each Concession Combo includes:

• 1 “Main Event” hank of self-striping, or regular sock yarn

• 2 “Side Snacks” (minis)

• 3 “Surprise Treats” (fun, stitchy extras—our version of crackerjack prizes!)

Choose one or two combos to keep your project bag deliciously full—no lines, no waiting, just pure fiber indulgence.

Yarn Dyeing Experience

Unleash your inner dyer and create your very own custom skein of sock yarn!
This hands-on experience includes all the supplies and step-by-step instructions you’ll need to bring your color vision to life. Whether you're a first-time dyer or just looking for a fun, fiber-filled adventure, you'll leave with a skein (or two!) that’s uniquely yours.

M & M Sew Charming—hobby dyers extraordinaire—who will share their favorite tips, tricks, and dyeing secrets to help you recreate the magic at home.

Choose to dye one or two skeins during the event, and walk away with colorways as vibrant as your creativity. If you'd like to dye two skeins, you may choose on the day or send us an email to amend your registration. 

Want to only dye yarn? You can do that! Registration for YARN ONLY does not include lunch or the event bag. 

Lunch Options

Bring your own lunch (limited fridge space available) or choose a convenient boxed lunch from Panera during registration.

What to Bring:

• For CSM users: Your machine and accessories w/table if needed.
• For hand knitters: Needles, yarn and tools to knit up a storm.

Salads include bread and a cookie; sandwiches include chips and a cookie. Drinks will be available on site.
